Digital Communication within an organization and
among governmental organizations - Document flow and process management;
the network of the information points for the enterprises; the PRO
(Public Relation Office) network.
The project has a threefold purpose:
- Strengthening the existing province computer networks with the
implementation of technologies and services which enable the digital
communication and make the administrative procedures available
online. Access will be enabled for telecommuters (B2E), across different
Administrations (B2B), between the Administration and the citizen
or enterprise (B2C).
- Targeting the above infrastructure to improve the information
flow among the Public Administration and the enterprises. This
will be done by creating "Virtual Info Points" and improving the
existing help desks.
- Widen the services network to the PRO of the different Administrations.
The project will create a network of administrations, called DOCAREA,
where townships will be grouped by province, while provinces will
be grouped by region.
In the most common scenario, the main network nodes will exist at the province
level: they will realize a document network which will be shareable thanks
to the common technology. Scenarios where the main organizational nodes are
at the Township or Organization level will be possible
Most of the work and resources will be spent on the services part, as the most
relevant subject for the Townships and Provinces which will join in the project.
The project will target the broadest possible spectrum of services - from simple
information retrieval (including GIS), to official communications, to
the management of the authorization request/instruction/release cycle, to more
complex document cycles such as those related to financing.
